What is the minimum number of samples that can be prepared using this protocol? One sample may be prepared using this protocol, though reagents have been tested up to 6 freeze-thaw cycles. If needed. aliquot reagents to stay within the validated freeze-thaw cycle range. Aliquoting can reduce the total number of samples that can be prepared due to pipette wetting and dead volumes.
What is the range of sample batch sizes that can be done by one person alone, keeping to the timing of the protocol? Up to 96 samples can be processed simultaneously.
