The NextSeq Control Software may fail to initialize due to the following error: "Access to the path 'C:\NextSeqCalibration.cfg' is denied".
The error indicates that the Windows User Account in use does not have local computer admin rights. It typically occurs when changes have been made to the original local sbsuser or sbsadmin accounts, or when a system is on a domain without proper account setup.
Troubleshooting steps:

Verify whether active Windows user Account has had any privileges changed.
Make sure credentials have been given admin access.
