Background: When starting a run, the NextSeq 1000/2000 can present an error that the "flow cell is not detected" despite a properly loaded flow cell.
To troubleshoot:
Investigate the flow cell seating and cleanliness.
Retry by reseating the flow cell.
Power cycle\* the system.
Confirm failure to recognize the flow cell persists through the power cycle.
