The NextSeq 1000/2000 instrument includes a light-emitting diode (LED) status bar beneath the touch screen monitor that surrounds the instrument. The status bar provides an at-a-glance indication of the instrument state. The light color progresses as the system moves through its workflow.
Blue and purple: indicate interactivity (eg, pre-run checks)
Multicolor: indicates notable moments and data (eg, sequencing completion)
Red: critical errors
