The MiSeq allows users to receive email notifications when errors occur or when analysis on-instrument completes. To enable email notifications on the MiSeq:
Navigate to the top-left corner and select the Menu Icon.
Select System Settings.
Select the Email Notifications tab.
Select the desired notifications and enter the appropriate email address(es).
Select Save.
