Illumina offers a variety of MiSeq sequencing kit sizes ranging from a 50-cycle kit to a 600-cycle kit.
The MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 is available in sizes of 150 cycles and 600 cycles.
The MiSeq Reagent Kit v2 is available in sizes of 50 cycles, 300 cycles, and 500 cycles.
