MiniSeq run display anomaly in Sequencing Analysis Viewer with Mid Output Flow Cells

When using versions of Sequencing Analysis Viewer (SAV) older than v2.1.8 to view MiniSeq Mid-Output runs, users will see two extra rows of grayed-out tiles in the display. These are not empty tiles, rather it is a Software Display difference inherent in the earlier software versions, see below.
This is a display issue only. The MiniSeq Mid Output flow cell has four rows of tiles for sequencing, and all rows are displayed. To bypass this, upgrade to a new version of Sequencing Analysis Viewer.
