To install the iSeq 100 Control Software:
Contact Illumina Technical Support (techsupport@illumina.com) for the iSeq 100 Control Software installer, regardless of version.
Once obtained, log into the iSeq 100 as sbsadmin or a user with admin privileges.
Unzip iSeqSuiteInstaller.exe to C:\Illumina on the iSeq 100 instrument.
Note: Installation from other folders will not work.
Double click/tap on the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
For some software Releases, there will be a registry prompt to re-enable Software Restriction Policies (SRP).
Select "Yes."
If unable to do so, SRP can be re-enabled by double-clicking on C:\Illumina\Security\Enable.reg
