Information on controls used in TruSight Oncology 500 demo datasets

Background

Illumina provides demo datasets for the TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) assay and analysis in the Demo Data section of BaseSpace to allow customers to understand expected outputs and results. Each demo dataset contains commercially available control samples, with some also including internally-derived test samples. In the tables below demo datasets are listed along with the controls used in each.
