How to import Demo Data into Illumina Connected Multiomics
For new Illumina Connected Multiomics (ICM) users, a tutorial study is linked to all ICM domains. This is a read-only study that offers users the ability to view example pipelines and provide visibility into each task and result.
Illumina Connected Multiomics does offer the ability to import demo data into any study. This allows the ability to create new analysis tasks and pipelines.
Importing Demo Data
In order to import demo data into a specific study, first clock on the "+ Add Data" > "Select from ICA Project"

From the new window, select any data type to import. For the purposes of this instruction, Single-cell > sc-RNA > Illumina DRAGEN Single Cell will be selected. Afterwards, click on "Select format" on the bottom right corner of the screen.

In the next window, click on "Add Demo Data" in the upper right section of the screen.

After the screen loads momentarily, a notification will be displayed that the "Resource Bundle Linked" and a new folder named "Multiomics-Demo-Data" will appear

Navigating further into the directory will allow the specific files to be imported into ICM as samples. Continuing the example,
Single-cell > T20_Human PBMC Technical Replicates will allow us to import 2 sets of filtered barcode-feature-matrix files:

Once the desired files are selected, click on "Add selected data to your study" in the lower right corner of the screen:
Samples will now be present in the Sample tab to perform analysis on Illumina Connected Multiomics.
