# How to Access and Share Illumina Connected Multiomics (ICM) Analysis Logs

Individual Illumina Connected Multiomics (ICM) Analysis logs can be access for the Analyses user interface. From the Analyses tab, click on a specific task (rectangle) then select "Task Details" on the right side of the page

The Task Details will be displayed on the new screen, showing task information, Error message (if applicable), and task logs

On the bottom there are two buttons

* Download logs
  * Analysis logs will be downloaded to the local computer as a zip file. The contents either can be extracted for further review, or the zip file can be share with Illumina Support.
* Send logs to Support
  * This option will automatically send the logs to <techsupport@illumina.com>
  * To expedite any investigations, include as much information as possible in the notes such as\
    \- Analysis type\
    \- File input type\
    \- Sample type\
    \- Any non-default settings selected.
