Equipment used in the Infinium XT protocol

Hybridization

  1. XT Hyb Chamber (PN: 20011755) + Gasket (PN: 20012127)

  1. XT Dual Hyb Inserts and Baseplates (PN: 20011759):

  • These parts have a dual purpose, as a Hyb chamber assembly insert and a baseplate for the XT BeadChips on the Tecan deck during Hybridization:

Used to hold BeadChips 1) on the Tecan deck and 2) inside the XT Hyb chambers.

  • Up to three XT Dual Hyb Insert and Baseplate can fit into one XT Hyb chamber, holding a total of up to six XT BeadChips.

  1. Infinium 96-XT Tip Guide Set (PN: 20011102)

  • Comes with:

    • XT Tip Guide #1 is used to load samples from sample well columns 1-4.

    • XT Tip Guide #2 is used to load samples from sample well columns 5-8.

    • XT Tip Guide #3 is used to load samples from sample well columns 9-12.

  1. XT (XCG) Flow-Through Chamber Assembly Tray (PN: 20011760)

  • Tray to hold up to six XT BeadChips in frames during flow-through chamber assembly.

  • No alignment bar included.

  1. XT (XCG) Flow-Through Chamber Frames (PN: 20011757 for set of 8)

  • Supports XT BeadChips during flow-through chamber assembly.

  • Includes XCG glass back plates, XCG clips, and XCG frames

  • This glass back plate has an integrated spacer.

    • PN: 20011756 for a set of 8

  1. XT (XCG) Flow-Through Chamber Clamps (Clips)

  • To secure the glass back plate onto the BeadChip.

    • PN: 20007046 for 1

    • PN: 20011758 for set of 16
