# Infinium HTS BeadChip Hyb loading pattern for manual vs automated protocol

#### **INFINIUM HTS MANUAL PROTOCOL**

**Single Channel Pipette**

Transfer 14 µl of each sample from the MSA3 plate to the appropriate section of the BeadChip.\
Make sure that the pipette tip is in the sample inlet before dispensing.

**Multichannel Pipette**

Using an adjustable spacer multichannel precision pipette, transfer 14 µl of each sample from the MSA3 plate to the appropriate section of the BeadChip.\
Make sure that the pipette tip is in the sample inlet before dispensing.
