# How is the Reproducibility Frequency calculated in GenomeStudio?

The GenomeStudio Genotyping Module produces the Reproducibility and Heritability Report which is an error output report of the samples.

The Duplicate Reproducibility section of the report contains several metrics. The Repro\_Freq or Reproducibility Frequency is calculated as sqrt(1 - error rate). The error rate does not include genotype calls that fall below the no-call threshold.
