Index and UMI information for the Illumina miRNA prep kit

What are the sequences of the indexes?

• This kit uses indexes that are unique to this library prep kit: Illumina miRNA UD Indexes. Sequences can be found in the Adapter Sequences Document. Illumina sells 4 x 96 plates: A, B, C, D.

• Note: Other Illumina index sets, including the Illumina DNA/RNA UD Indexes (v3) indexes, are not compatible with the Illumina miRNA library prep kit.

Are the UMI random? If not, are the sequences available?

• UMIs are random, therefore sequences are not provided.
