• Verify use of correct bead type: SMB4

• Use bead handling best practices

• Preheat microheating system and EEW reagent

• The t****hermal cycler must run continuously throughout capture and washes

• Prepare fresh Elution Master Mix (with HP3)

• Be sure to use heated washes to remove non-specific binding from the beads
