# Enrichment workflow FAQ for the Illumina 5 Base DNA Prep with Enrichment kit

**Are non-human or non-mouse (eg, zebrafish) samples supported?**

* Only human and mouse enrichment are supported with this product.

**For the Enrichment workflow, are there additional PCR cycles required?**

* Yes, additional PCR cycles are performed during the Enrichment workflow. See the Product Documentation for details.

**What plexity of enrichments are supported?**

* 4-plex. 2 µl of each of 4 libraries are pooled together in one enrichment reaction. Libraries are pooled by volume (not mass).

**Can pooling be done by mass or volume?**

* Pooling is done by volume, 2 ul per sample, into a 4-plex reaction for the hybridization.
