Are non-human or non-mouse (eg, zebrafish) samples supported?

• Only human and mouse enrichment are supported with this product.

For the Enrichment workflow, are there additional PCR cycles required?

• Yes, additional PCR cycles are performed during the Enrichment workflow. See the Product Documentation for details.

What plexity of enrichments are supported?

• 4-plex. 2 µl of each of 4 libraries are pooled together in one enrichment reaction. Libraries are pooled by volume (not mass).

Can pooling be done by mass or volume?

• Pooling is done by volume, 2 ul per sample, into a 4-plex reaction for the hybridization.
