The Index Adapters Pooling Guide, linked [here](https://support.illumina.com/downloads/index-adapters-pooling-guide-1000000041074.html), contains this table along with recommended index combinations for low-plexity library pooling. Some of the indexes are versioned (UDI0015v2, UDI0016v2, UDI0055v2 and UDI0056v2; not indicated in the above table), see the [Illumina Adapter Sequences document](https://support-docs.illumina.com/SHARE/AdapterSequences/Content/UDIndexes.htm) for more information and for the index sequences for each index pair.

**Note**: The orange boxing in the images above illustrates possible low-plex pooling options. See the Index Adapters Pooling Guide, linked above, for more information.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.illumina.com/library-preparation/index-kits/library-preparation-index-kits-reference_material-list/000002337.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
