The Illumina Unique Dual Indexes, LT (48 Indexes, 48 Samples), catalog 20098166, are used with the following Illumina library prep kits:

* Illumina Microbial Amplicon Prep (IMAP) (cat 20097857)
* Illumina Microbial Amplicon Prep - Influenza A/B (IMAP-Flu) (cat 20106305)
* Illumina 5-Base DNA Prep
* Illumina 5-Base DNA Prep with Enrichment
