Troubleshooting "Initialization failed on Integrated Imaging Module" error on the NextSeq 1000/2000

Control software fails to initialize with error:

"Attention required:

1. An error occurred while starting the application. If the problem persists, contact Illumina Technical Support.

2. Initialization failed on Integrated Imaging Module. Power cycle the instrument per system guide instructions."

1. Power Cycle the instrument, see Knowledge Article How to power cycle the NextSeq 1000/2000.

   1. If error persists after power cycling, contact Illumina Technical Support.
