How to Enable Illumina Proactive on the NextSeq 1000/2000

To enable Illumina Proactive on the NextSeq 1000/2000:

1. Select the Menu button from the Home Screen of the control software.

2. Select Settings.

3. Under the Proactive Support menu, select one of the following three options:

   1. Proactive Support Only (available only in Local Run Setup)

   2. Proactive and Run Monitoring (for uploading run metrics only to BaseSpace)

   3. Proactive, Run Monitoring, and Storage (for uploading run metrics and raw data for analysis on BaseSpace)

4. Select Save.
