# MiSeq RFID Bypass Code生成方法

MiSeq试剂都配有射频识别（RFID）标签以便对试剂信息进行准确记录。RFID的读取是在测序实验一开始由分别针对流动槽（Flow Cell），试剂卡盒（Reagent Cartridge）和PR2瓶3个不同位置的感应器记录追踪的。如果RFID没有被检测到，仍然可以通过手动输入bypass code来开始测序实验。Bypass code可以在登录MyIllumina账户后，利用MiSeq自助服务工具生成的。

MiSeq RFID Bypass Code生成方法：

1. 登录 [MyIllumina](https://dashboard.my.illumina.com/) .
2. 打开导航栏中的菜单**Tools**，然后选择**MiSeq Self-Service：**

3. 输入您的仪器的序列号（格式为：M####）
4. 在Type of Override Code下拉菜单列表中选择**RFID Override**
5. 选择**Get Code**生成code

由此获得的Bypass Code可以直接输入MiSeq Control Software中，7天内有效。同时MiSeq Control Software软件还会提示您输入试剂的条码（barcode）和产品编号（Part Number）信息。您可以在试剂标签上找到这些信息，具体位置如下图所示。其中条码用蓝色高亮标记，产品编号用黄色高亮标记。
