# 如何在MiSeq系统上重启RTA

 

RTA（实时分析，Real-Time Analysis）是一种集成软件，可在测序运行过程中分析流动池图像并计算相关指标，将这些图像转换为 BCL 文件。

仪器采集的预处理图像体积很大。因此，如果在未重启 RTA 的情况下磁盘空间不足以存储这些图像，测序运行可能会因此发生崩溃。

如果 RTA 停滞或网络路径中断，可能会出现以下错误提示。

当出现该提示时，请按照以下说明操作：

1. 关闭该提示，或选择 **Close the program（关闭程序）**。
2. 在控制软件（Control Software）中，将该测序运行选择为 **Pause（暂停）**。
3. 手动停止并重新启动 RTA。在 MiSeq 上重新启动 RTA 的步骤如下：

   1. 确认 RTA 尚未完成：检查运行文件夹中是否不存在 **RTAComplete.txt** 文件\
      （路径：`D:\Illumina\MiSeq Temp\[run folder]`）。
   2. 点击 Windows **开始**按钮（屏幕左下角），搜索 **Task Manager（任务管理器）**。\
      \&#xNAN;*或者，按下键盘上的 **Ctrl + Alt + Delete** 打开任务管理器。*
   3. 在任务管理器中，选择 **Processes（进程）** 选项卡，右键单击 **RTA.exe**，然后选择 **End Process（结束进程）**。
   4. 要重新启动 RTA，双击 **RTAstart.bat** 文件，该文件位于\
      `D:\Illumina\MiSeq Temp\[run folder]\Config`。
   5. 在任务管理器的 **Processes（进程）** 选项卡中确认 **RTA.exe** 已存在。\
      \&#xNAN;*注意：一个小的黑色命令提示符窗口表示 RTA 正在运行，该窗口可以最小化。*

    

       4\. 在 RTA 重新启动后，在控制软件中选择 **Resume（继续）** 该测序运行。
