Setting up a sample sheet to send all reads to Undetermined in Miseq Reporter

In some situations, users may desire some or all samples to sort to the Undetermined FASTQ.

To ensure all reads are classified as Undetermined when using MiSeq Reporter, create a sample sheet with a single "dummy" sample. Insert "N"s in the index section of the appropriate length to sort all reads to Undetermined FASTQ. Specific samples' indexes can also be set as "N"s of the appropriate length to sort those specific samples to the Undetermined FASTQ.
