Enabling run storage and analysis in BaseSpace for MiSeq runs
Background
To send run data to BaseSpace Sequence Hub, navigate to the MiSeq Control Software (MCS) and select Sequence. The following screen prompts for selection of BaseSpace run monitoring and/or storage. BaseSpace account credentials must be entered to send run to BaseSpace.

Note: The MiSeq must have a working internet connection in order to send data to BaseSpace. Information regarding the IT setup of instruments for BaseSpace access can be found in the System Guide and Site Prep Guide can be found at MiSeq Product Documentation.
