# How to requeue a MiSeq i100 Series run locally (on the instrument)

A MiSeq i100 Series analysis can be requeued locally from Illumina Run Manager. The run cannot be requeued if a sequencing run is in progress or if the run was deleted from the instrument.

Follow the steps described below to requeue local analysis:

1. Navigate to the **Runs** menu in Illumina Run Manager and select the run to requeue from the **Completed** tab. ![](https://761066130-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FGM9W2DuBTgEXv1ClCm8H%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-6682ee979998ca6913d0453fd0bce6ed0893c7da%2Fimage1.png?alt=media)
2. Select **Requeue Analysis** under the Secondary Analysis section to start the requeued analysis. Choose to requeue the analysis from the run, or from a new sample sheet. A new sample sheet can be selected from a previously mounted external storage folder or USB drive. Both options require the selection of an output folder.
3. Enter a reason for the reanalysis in the textbox.

**Note:** When requeuing analysis from the sample sheet, if the “Skip sample sheet validation” option is enabled it will allow users to use a sample sheet that contains more than 1536 samples.
