Can a run on the MiSeq i100 Series use expired reagents?

Runs can be started using expired reagents. When expired reagents are detected, the control software displays a warning message, which can be acknowledged to continue with run setup.

However, Illumina does not guarantee run performance when expired reagent kits are used, and reagent replacements will not be provided if the run fails or does not meet MiSeq i100 Series Illumina specifications.
