# Consumable catalog numbers for the MiSeq i100 Series

**Sequencing Consumables**

The MiSeq i100 Series uses the following four consumables for sequencing run setup:

* Dry Cartridge (Flow Cell & Lyophilized reagents)
  * **5M**, **25M**, **50M**, and **100M** configurations are available
* Wet Cartridge (a.k.a "Backpack"; liquid sequencing reagents)
  * **Cartridge A** is for use with 100 and 300 cycle Dry Cartridges with 5M, 25M, and 50M Flow Cells
  * **Cartridge B** is for use with:\
    \- All 100M Dry Cartridges\
    \- 600 and 1000 cycle Dry Cartridges with 5M, 25M, and 50M Flow Cells
* Resuspension Buffer (RSB)
* Denaturation Buffer (KLD)

**Note**: Each Wet Cartridge ships with one vial of RSB and one vial of KLD.

The wet and dry cartridges are purchased together in a single sequencing kit. These kits are currently available in the following configurations:

**Accessory Products**

Sequencing runs using Custom Primers on the MiSeq i100 Series will require the use of Hybridization Buffer (HT1) and the NextSeq 1000/2000 Custom primer kits, which are sold separately. The PhiX Control v3 is a ready-to-use control library for Illumina sequencing runs and is compatible with the MiSeq i100 Series sequencing platform.
